ABOUT KAREN:
Karen Bray is a licensed Physical Therapist with 22 years of experience and a dancer's knowledge of the body. Karen will custom-design a program for you, based on your diagnosis, with an emphasis on improving balance, strength, flexibility, posture,
cardiovascular function and endurance. Karen works on Zoom and in clients’ homes in the greater Boston area.

Karen works with individual clients, and, now offers the option of working with a client and a friend.

Diane tells me you are interested in the wonderful workout routine Diane and I have been doing together for 2 years ish (!) I want to let you know that I am a Physical Therapist and have been a PT for 22 years and would be happy to help you and your friend get started on this. FIND-YOUR-FRIEND FITNESS

MOTIVATION: You and your friend!

PROGRAM: designed by Karen Bray, MSPT

LOCATION: Zoom or in person

RESULTS: Increase strength, flexibility, endurance. Improve balance, posture, cardiovascular function and general feelings of well-being!

Motivation and follow-through can be challenging when working out alone - we’ve got that problem solved! Grab a friend - anyone who has access to Zoom - and invite them to join you on your workout adventure. Karen Bray will design a program for you and your friend and provide you with a video and a workout plan. You and your friend provide the motivation and accountability for each other. Regular sessions with Karen will make sure you are using proper technique and will allow for the most effective upward progression of your program to reach your fitness goals.
