Now that you feel a little better, call me, and we can get you on a regular exercise program. I will help you build exercise into your daily routine - for example, - if you happen to lift groceries, I will teach you how to lift them while making you stronger! Get two for one!

Karen will custom-design an exercise program for you with an emphasis on building exercise into your activities of daily living so that you may work out as naturally as possible. Karen's focus is on improving balance, strength, flexibility, posture, cardiovascular function and endurance. Karen works in the greater Boston area with all ages.
